Many health insurance plans cover ~80-100% of the cost of most medical equipment with a prescription. Before your fitting appointment, we can provide you with a quote for insurance pre-approval.
Nope. However, if you’re planning to claim the cost of the brace on a health insurance plan, most insurance benefits require a doctor’s prescription.
If purchasing with insurance, we will ensure you have been pre-approved before booking a your fitting. We are happy to provide a detailed estimate for all items to assist with pre-approval.
Appointment requests can typically be accommodated within 3-5 business days. Call, text or email for availability. Most custom orders take 2-3 weeks from the initial fitting appointment to delivery.
Cash, cheque. e-transfer, and credit card* payments are accepted.

Not at this time. After full payment is received, you will be issued a detailed receipt to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

Because custom braces are fabricated for a unique individual, they cannot be restocked or returned. Additionally, we cannot issue any refunds once brace fabrication has been completed.
If you have received your brace and are unsatisfied, Mobile Brace Co. will work with you to ensure any issues with the brace itself have been addressed by ensuring proper fit, putting it on correctly, etc. Custom knee braces are typically prescribed and recommended by a physician based on their assessment. The majority of clients experience improvement in their condition by wearing a custom knee brace.
